As a Kobe Wagyu Beef Restaurant we only serve our customer premium quality Kobe Beef.  What is Kobe Beef? It is refer to beef from the Tajima strain of Wagyu cattle, raised in Japan's Hyogo Prefecture where authentic Kobe beef is produced. The meat is a delicacy renowned for its flavor, tenderness, and fatty, well-marbled texture.
